Our time together is spent exploring what is in the gap between where you are and where you desire and hope to be. I guide individuals through the process to gain insight into what holds them back from realizing their goals.
I provide a holistic, client centered approach to support individuals through the transitions of life by customizing a treatment plan specifically to meet their needs and goals using best-practice evidence based therapeutic interventions and methods. Developing a secure attached relationship with my clients allows space for them to begin the journey of self-exploration, self-compassion, and growth.
